Abstract |
Conventional tissue diagnostics (TD) is often limited to qualitative sample analysis. The long waiting times also cause a patient anxiety and distress. Here, a new quantitative TD method based on atomic force microscopy (AFM) technology significantly improves TD accuracy while reducing the waiting time from days to hours. We propose to develop an easy-to-use TD tool („ARTIDIS“) with applications ranging from basic drug development to clinical TD for soft tissues. |
