Abstract

An in house extract library is screened in a panel of kinase assays. Emphasis is on kinases involved in cell cycle regulation and in neurodegeneration. Active compounds are identified via HPLC-based activity profiling and in-line and off-line spectroscopic characterization. Selectivity of compounds and their drug-likeness is assessed. Selected molecules may serve as starting points for drug development.
