Abstract

An extract library is screened in a panel of cell constructs enabling characterization of pathway selective antiproliferative action. Active compounds are identified via HPLC-based activity profiling and in-line and off-line spectroscopic characterization. Synergistic action with known drugs is being tracked with the same approach. The goal is to identfy and further characterize new scaffolds that could serve as tools or as starting point for drug development.
