Abstract

The objective of SINPFood is to develop reliable characterization techniques for the detection of synthetic silicon oxide nanoparticles in model of complex matrixes mimicking nutritional products and in selected nutritional products, followed by cytotoxicity assays of such nanoparticles in combination with components of food products.
