In collaboration with Idorsia, we propose a project for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
segmentation. Based on an image data set (see Memo0001), where each image is
assigned with a progression stage label (0-5), the relevant regions which are responsible
for the specific fibrosis stage should be highlighted. Special attention should be
given to collagen accumulations in non-dense tissue which might serve as a biomarker
for early fibroris detection.
