Abstract |
To examine whether a 12-week individualized exercise training program (3-5 times per week) improves depressive symptoms and anxiety, sleep patterns, perceived quality of life and impairments in cognition in patients with aSAH and meningeoma. To examine if aSAH and meningeoma patients show a deregulation of their hypothalamic pituitary adrenal-axis (HPA-axis), and if exercise is capable to change possible deregulated HPA-axis patterns into normal ones |
