This seminar allows Master students to prepare a research project and write a paper which is presented at Georgetown University or at New York University. Students get feedback from professors at the two universities. During their visit at the two universities, students also get a chance to discuss current issues at international organizations such as, for example, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations and also the Federay Reserve Bank of New York. The seminar is organized by the Summer School of Law, Business and Economic Policy at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Basel and led by Prof. Rolf Weder (University of Basel) and Prof. Jeffrey Macher (Georgetown University, Washington DC).
