Abstract

This project aims to contribute anthropologically to the understanding of the changing regimes and dynamics of surveillance in the digital era through a specific ethnographic perspective focusing on computer experts and cryptographers responses to mass digital surveillance. In this respect, this project represents a first and entirely original chapter of an anthropology of information security
