Abstract |
A FLIPR-based assay for screening of the in-house extract library for allosteric GABAA receptor modulators has been established. As a follow-up, the most promising extracts are currently being followed up via HPLC-based activity profiling, to identify natural products with new scaffolds for the target. Structures are elucidated by NMR, HR-MS, ECD and VCD. |
