Abstract |
The objectives of this investigation is to find out about the affects and impacts of global mobility from the employee’s family’s perspective of transnational corporate executives in Basel, Switzerland Impacts of global mobility on employee growth, quality of life and well being of family and how to handle future assignments are crucial questions for stakeholders including compagnies, employees, their families as well as national and city authorities. The dissertation is focused on corporate executives and their specific life conditions, styles, and biografical narratives from a perspective of cultural and social anthropology. |
