Abstract |
The current project aims at understanding how Polysorbate 20, Polysorbate 80 and P188 interact with mAbs in solution and at interfaces such as glass, silicone (as encountered in PFS) Teflon and Stainless steel (as encountered in process and manufacturing aids). The main goal of this project is to acquire predictive tools for the choice of surfactants and a capability to flag on incompatibility of surfactants to mAbs enabling a rationale based choice of surfactant. |
