Health economic evaluation alongside the randomised controlled PENELOPE trial. PENELOPE is a phase III trial of palbociclib (PD-0332991) in patients with hormon receptor positive, HER2 negative patients with primary breast cancer and a high risk of recurrence after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. |
