| Abstract |
The Swiss Government has made suggestions for changing the system of the bilateral law between the EU and Switzerland, and it has stated that the so-called flanking measures (protection of workers in the context of posting) will not be affected. The article takes the example of the flanking measures in order to analyse the Government's suggestions. |
