Abstract Anorexia nervosa could be associated with numerous medical complications. In addition, malnutrition can cause different problems of central nervous system, whereas reports on periphere nerve lesions are rare. We report a case of a 14 8/12 years old girl suffering from anorexia nervosa since five months, who presented with peroneal nerve palsy. In association to anorexia nervosa the prognosis of this mononeuropathy seems to be good. Anorectic patients with neurological complications need an interdisciplinary medical treatment.
