| Abstract |
This three-year extension of the ongoing CO2 enrichment experiment at the Swiss Canopy Crane research site will assess the carbon, water and nutrient relations of adult Picea abies (Norway spruce) exposed to a future CO2 scenario. The work includes tracing the fate of isotopically labelled carbon within trees and their rhizosphere, assessing growth of stems and roots and hydrological implications. |
