Abstract

The project aims at discovery of new plant protectants derived from natural sources. Our in-house library of plant and fungal extracts will be submitted to a screening for activity against a panel of representative and important fungal and bacterial plant pathogens. Active extracts will be prioritized, and active metabolites localized and identified by means of HPLC-based activity profiling.
